More biker fuel protests organised for Saturday 19th July 2008

A new series of fuel protests by bikers are being organised for Saturday 19th July 2008. The organisers are coordinating three separate protest groups, with meeting points on the M1 London-bound, the M40 in Oxford, and the M56 in Manchester.
The main protest is set to meet at various services along the M1 motorway, before travelling into London via the M25 services to deliver a letter to the Prime Minister at Downing Street.
A second protest group will form at the Oxford Services on the M40, before joining up with the M1 protest group on their way into London.
The third protest in the Manchester area will meet at the Lymm Services at the M56/M6 interchange, before travelling in convoy into Manchester City Centre.

10am Woodall Services M1 - Welcome Break
11am Donington Park Services M1 - Moto
12 Noon Northampton Services M1 - Roadchef
2pm South Mimms Services M25
The protest will then travel into London, with the aim of hand-delivering a letter upon their arrival at Downing Street.
OXFORD PROTEST
11am Oxford services on the M40
Route M40 - A40. Meet M1 convoy in London and drive to Downing Street.
MANCHESTER PROTEST
9am Lymm Services M56/M6
Route: M56 toward Manchester, onto Princess Road then onto Mancunian Way. From there into Manchester City Centre.
